Brooklyn Folk Festival
Presented by the Jalopy Theatre & School of Music

Our 3-day festival includes 40+ bands, vocal and instrumental workshops, a family-friendly square dance, jam sessions, film screenings, presentations, curated local food selections, the famous Banjo Toss contest and more!

The Brooklyn Folk Festival features the best in blues, jug bands, old-time string-band music, folk songs, song writers, bluegrass, early jazz and ragtime, traditional music from Africa, Europe, the Americas, Asia, Oceania and much more!

The festival is held at the beautiful historic St. Ann’s Church located at 157 Montague St. between Clinton and Henry in Brooklyn Heights. The venue is wheelchair accessible.
