Frank Fano, Organist
Tuesday, October 1, 1:00-200 pm
Frank Fano kicks off the second year of St. Ann & the Holy Trinity Church’s First Tuesday One O’Clock Concerts with works by Sowerby, Langlais and Bach.
Born and raised in Downtown Jersey City, Frank J. Fano is currently the organist and music director of Saints John and Paul Church in Larchmont, New York, where he presides over an adult choir, a children’s choir, and a French choir.
Frank’s higher education in organ performance began at the Manhattan School of Music under the tutelage of Dr. Paul-Martin Maki and while a student at Montclair State University, he studied under Mr. Kenneth J. Hamrick. He also holds a Masters of Divinity from The Immaculate Conception School of Theology, Seton Hall University, South Orange, New Jersey.
The series, curated by Dr. Gregory D’Agostino, St. Ann’s Organist and Director of Music, features New York’s finest musicians. The concerts take place on the first Tuesday of each month and are free; however, St. Ann’s welcomes donations in support of the restoration fund for our historic five-manual Skinner organ. Please join us!
