Queens Symphony Orchestra

The Queens Symphony Orchestra will offer a free concert for all on Saturday, June 12, at 7:00 pm at St. Ann & the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church. Gregory D’Agostino, Director of Music and Organist at St. Ann’s, will be the featured performer and will play Poulenc’s Concerto for Organ, Strings and Timpani in G Minor on the church’s 1925 Peabody Memorial Organ made by Ernest M. Skinner. Martin Majkut, the Music Director and Conductor of the Queens Symphony Orchestra., will direct the following program:
Poulenc: Concerto for Organ, Strings and Timpani in G Minor
Montgomery: Strum (for Strings)
Walker: Lyric for Strings
Coleridge-Taylor: Four Novelletten, Nos. 3 & 4 (for Strings and Percussion)
