Why I’m an Episcopalian
Presented by the Rev. Bernie Jones

The Rev. Bernie Jones will present “Why I’m an Episcopalian,” as part of St. Ann’s faith formation series. Bernie will describe her journey in faith and recent ordination to the diaconate. Among discussion topics will be resources useful for learning more about the Episcopal Church, including the Book of Common Prayer, James E. Griffiss’ The Anglican Vision, Education for Ministry, and the Constitution and Canons of the Episcopal Church.

Bernie was ordained on June 2 at St. Paul’s Cathedral, Boston, having served as a diaconal intern at St. Ann’s for the past year. She has been a leading force behind the Welcome Table’s community meals and other outreach projects. Everyone is welcome to attend.
