Jacqueline de Weever’s Book(s) Party

On Sunday, May 21, 2023, St. Ann’s hosted a celebration of two books of poetry by long-time parish member, Jacqueline de Weever. Seed Mistress was published in 2020 and Waste Basket Elegies & Plywood Delights in February, 2023. Jacqueline is a medievalist and professor emerita of Brooklyn College and has published numerous books over her distinguished career. In 2015, St. Ann’s hosted Jacquie reading from her previous book of poetry, Trailing the Sun’s Sweat. Photos of that event are here.  Click image for a slideshow.
