"Laundry City"

On Tuesday evening, May 30, 2017, The Forum @ St. Ann’s together with New York Appleseed and The Century Foundation hosted a performance of “Laundry City,” written and acted by NYC students from the Epic NEXT program. In the short play, the students challenged school segregation and expressed what “separate but equal” means today. It was a serious and funny show, which engaged a very responsive audience.
