We took a guided tour of Green-Wood Cemetery in Brooklyn on Saturday, June 14, 2014. We visited the St. Ann’s lot where the first St. Ann’s worshipers are buried. They were transferred from their original plots when the Brooklyn Bridge displaced the church and property. The headstones reflect our very first parishioners as well as the more recently departed. We still have plots available for “sale” (technically, a lease) in this beautiful and historic place, surrounded by Brooklynites mighty and modest.Keep it in mind!
