[frame_left]Recovery Concert[/frame_left]

Friday, November 16, at 7:30 p.m.

Recovery Concert @ St. Ann & the Holy Trinity.  Featuring Performances by Lori Goldston, Nick Balaban, Dan Blake, Shelley Hirsch and Margaret Glaspy

Seattle-based cellist Lori Goldston was scheduled to perform a solo show at St. Ann & the Holy Trinity. After Hurricane Sandy hit New York City and the region leaving many scars, Goldston decided she wanted to do something to relieve the storm-caused suffering of so many. She determined to turn her small-scale event into a big benefit to support Sandy’s victims and the people on the ground assisting them.

A number of generous musicians have agreed perform at the Recovery Concert @ St. Ann & the Holy Trinity fundraiser next Friday in our church. In addition to Lori Goldston, performers currently signed up for the benefit include Nick Balaban, Dan Blake, Shelley Hirsch and Margaret Glaspy.

All funds raised that evening will be donated to the Occupy Sandy Relief Center at St. Luke & St. Matthew Episcopal Church in Clinton Hill, which is offering unquantifiable support to many thousands affected by Hurricane Sandy through training of volunteers to collect and distribute donated food, clothing and other goods, and preparing and delivering hot meals.

$15.00 (or more) at the door.

Plan to join us for the good sounds and good will generated by the Recovery Concert!
