Winter Coat Drive

New York Cares Warm Coat Drive
Outreach Project for November
In November, St. Ann’s outreach team invites your participation in the New York Cares Coat Drive. This is our fourth year of participation in this critical community effort in service to our neighbors.
The New York Cares Coat Drive provides clean new and gently used winter coats to men, women, and children who would otherwise go without them. Some 60,000 New Yorkers spend each night in homeless shelters, 23,000 of them children. By donating even a single coat, you will make a big difference in someone’s life.
Throughout the month of November, you’ll find containers in the narthex (church entrance) and parish hall in which you can place warm coats in good condition that you wish to donate. These containers are available for coat drops anytime the church is open, including Sunday mornings and Tuesday through Thursday from 12 noon to 3:00 pm.
You will warm the hearts and bodies of many by your generous participation in this program. Thank you.
